Almost on the banks of the Wienfluss (Vienna river) lay our new project, Dunklergasse 21. In total we have constructed 40 modern, bright apartments. Almost all apartments have a balcony or loggia (recessed balcony), where you can sit and enjoy the evening sun.<\/p>\n

The U4 and U5 underground lines are only 1.5 minutes away. From the L\u00e4ngenfeldgasse station, Sch\u00f6nbrunn is only 2 stops away. Karlsplatz and the Technical University can been reached in 7 minutes and the Westbahnhof railway station in only 3 minutes. In addition, the buses 12A and N64 are available.<\/p>\n
