Ottakringerstraße 173, 1160 Wien

The project at Ottakringer Straße 173 is located at the foot of the Wilhelmine mountain. A total of 27 modern apartments were built with well thought through and executed layouts. All apartments have a balcony or loggia, which are south-aligned to the very wide courtyard. Ottakringerstraße is an old Viennese shopping street, which has been revitalized around the very close U3 underground terminus.
