Römergasse 50/52, 1160 Wien

Our project at Römergasse 50/52 is located at the foot of the Wilhelmine mountain, in the midst of very good infrastructure between Wilhelminenstraße and Hernalser Hauptstraße. A total of 58 modern apartments were built, in two phases, with highly efficient floor plans. Many investment apartments have a balcony or loggia, some also terraces in the green and sunny inner courtyard. The project is located in a distinguished residential area. Römergasse itself is quiet, but in all directions there are infrastructure facilities. The proven low energy construction reduces energy consumption and ensures low running costs.
