High efficiency
Our project at Römergasse 50/52 is located at the foot of the Wilhelmine mountain, in the midst of very good infrastructure between Wilhelminenstraße and Hernalser Hauptstraße. A total of 58 modern apartments were built, in two phases, with highly efficient floor plans. Many investment apartments have a balcony or loggia, some also terraces in the green and sunny inner courtyard.
Near the U3
The project at Ottakringer Straße 173 is located at the foot of the Wilhelmine mountain. A total of 27 modern apartments were built with well thought through and executed layouts. All apartments have a balcony or loggia, which are south-aligned to the very wide courtyard.
„Art Quarter“
Very close to the „Brunnenmarkt,“ the longest street market in Central Europe, our project lies at Gaullachergasse 25. The area around the Brunnenmarkt has for some time been enhanced, on one hand by city planning and development and on the other hand, by invigorating impulses coming from art.
Functional
In Ottakring, the 16th district of Vienna, our “Paletzgasse 6″ project was realised. Functional floor plans and well-appointed kitchens guaranteed the satisfaction of owners and tenants alike. In total, 16 apartments including an underground garage were constructed.
Hernals
In the heart of the 17th district, near the Kalvarienbergkirche, a combined living space at Kalvarienberggasse 18 was created. A total of 49 apartments, 49 underground parking spaces and 1 business unit were constructed.
Top Amenities
In Hernals, the 17th district of Vienna, a total of ten housing units were created at Gschwandnergasse 47. These feature balconies, loggias, terraces or gardens to the southwest. All apartments are equipped with kitchens and bathrooms.
Near Türkenschanzpark
In the heart of Gersthof, in the immediate vicinity of the Türkenschanzpark, the „Gersthoferstraße 30“ project was realized. 20 two and three bedroom apartments, as well as a business unit and underground parking were constructed.
Live in Währing
In the 18th district of Vienna, the „Gymnasiumstraße 36“ project was realized. At the edge of the cottage location, close to the Währinger Park, optimal conditions were found. The ten apartments offer fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms, hardwood floors and solid levels of equipment.
In the ‚Nobel district‘
In Döbling, the 19th district of Vienna, which is considered the ‘noble district’, this project at Heiligenstädterstraße 195 was realized. A total of 19 apartments and an office were built here.
Near the district offices
In the heart of the 20th district, near the administration building and district offices, our project is located in a quiet, but wide side street. In front of the property is a wide walkway with trees.
